Returns Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You are entitled to return any item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

    • A refund will only be processed after inspection and confirmation that the item meets the return criteria.

    Important: If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over £40) and your return reduces the final order value below £40, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return.

    2. You will receive a Returns Authorisation Code along with the appropriate return address.

    3. Securely package and return your item(s) to the address provided.

      • Retain your proof of postage for tracking and confirmation.

      • For packages weighing more than 2kg, we recommend cost-effective services such as Evri (Hermes) or Collect+, which typically offer lower rates than Royal Mail.

Return Processing Time

  • We aim to process your return within 5 working days from the date it is received.
    During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we always strive to handle returns efficiently and fairly.

Refunding Delivery Charges

  • The original delivery cost will only be refunded if:

    • The item was received damaged or faulty.

    • An incorrect item was sent due to our error.

    Delivery fees will not be refunded for returns based on personal preference, sizing issues, or change of mind.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund, including delivery costs.

    After Dispatch (In Transit):
    If the order is already in transit, we will do our best to intercept and cancel delivery. If successful, you will receive a refund for the product and standard delivery cost.

    Additional charges for express or upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.

Condition & Deductions

  • If returned goods show signs of unnecessary handling, use, or damage not present at delivery, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to your refund reflecting the diminished resale value.
